Scout - Connor's Little Secret (WOY fan character)

This character suddenly came to my head when I was playing Sniper Elite 3 for PS4, for some reason. Wander and Peepers are pretty much my top 2 favorite characters in Wander over Yonder, so I combined the two for the character and this is the result.

Description:
Scout is part of the same race as Wander, and he was receiving combat training in an espionage agency until he was thrown out due to false information submitted such as his age. His suit was originally a watch dog uniform customized to his liking after he stole it from a guard he knocked out. All the tech gadgets he obtained was from a friend he trusts within the agency.

Personality:
A charismatic and optimistic individual, also very humorous. Although he can be cold-hearted in combat; just don't get in his bad side.

Tech:
-A cloaking device attached to his belt, which works perfectly with the suit he currently wears.
-A pistol that shoots electric sticky bolts for non-lethal takedowns, and lethal projectiles if absolutely necessary.
-A lightweight pair of night-vision goggles with built-in microphone and speaker in the headband, zooming capabilities, and  AR (augmented reality) functions.

Abilities:
-Can scout areas to find intel and targets, which is his usual task with Connor, while Connor covers him with a long-range  (sniper) rifle in any case.
-Able to jump high and move quick with incredible agility.
-Well trained in close quarters combat.
-Trained to kill if necessary.

Friends:
Wander (Scout loves him and calls him "big bro")
Sylvia
Connor
Commander Peepers (Although Peepers finds him extremely annoying, Scout simply loves toying with him and protects him whenever he's in danger)

Enemies:
Lord Hater (as a capture target, not worth taking his life)
Jack (after backstabbing his partner, Connor) 
Lord Dominator (absolutely wants her dead)

More info:
Captured by a watch dog crew, Scout manages to escape their camp by knocking out a watch dog, obtaining the key to the cell and donning his uniform. After Connor (galactic bounty hunter; profile coming soon) finds Scout in the middle of a desert, he assumed to be with Hater's crew due to the uniform. After Scout told him what happened and what he can do, Connor offered him to become his silent partner without any involvement between him and his actual partner, Jack. After Jack's betrayal, Scout becomes Connor's only trustworthy partner in the business.
